Ticket orders via internet – payment by bank transfer

Important note:

  • We only accept payments from a bank in the Czech Republic.
  • Tickets can be bought 7 days before the event at the latest (In case of mail delivery the tickets can be bought 8 days before the event at the latest).
  • Orders are binding; the tickets can be neither returned nor changed.
  • Should the tickets be ordered by mail, delivery is in accordance with the rules of Česká pošta, s.p.. TICKETPRO does not accept any liability for late delivery or non-delivery.
  • It is possible to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets in one order.
  • For the payment, please use your assigned personal reference number.
  • If you do not use the assigned personal reference number, the payment will not be accepted and the order will be cancelled.
  • The payment must arrive within 3 days of the order date; if the payment is not received within the required period, the order will be cancelled.
  • Make sure that you transfer the whole amount. Failure to transfer the full amount and/or failure to use your assigned personal reference number will result in the cancellation of your order and the return of your money.
  • You can follow the status of you order under the "List of transactions" when you are logged on.
  • TICKETPRO reserves the right to cancel or change offered discounts in the TICKETPRO network at any time without declaring the reason.

When you purchase a ticket on-line by bank transfer you can choose mail delivery, collection in person, courier delivery or E-TICKET.

In the case of mail delivery the tickets may be purchased:

  • 8 days before the event at the latest if the order is to be delivered within the Czech Republic. The delivery fee is CZK 60 (more than 12 days prior the event) or CZK 150 (12 – 8 days prior the event).
  • 40 days prior the event at the latest if the order is to be delivered within Europe (excluding Malta). The delivery fee is CZK 200.

Note:

  • Orders to be delivered outside Europe may not be ordered on-line; only via the TICKETPRO business department (e-mail: ticket@ticketpro.cz, fax: +420 234 704 204).
  • Should the tickets be ordered by mail, delivery is in accordance with the rules of Česká pošta, s.p.. TICKETPRO does not accept any liability for late delivery or non-delivery.

In the case of collection in person:

  • The tickets can be collected when payment for the order is received into the bank account of Ticketpro and the client receives an e-mail: „Confirmation of order“.
  • The tickets may be collected up to the date of the event (incl.).
  • Purchased tickets will be given only to the person stated in the contact address (delivery address).
  • In order to collect the tickets you have to present your ID and the transaction number.
  • Purchased tickets will be ready for collection in the TICKETPRO ticket window - Prague Tourist Center, Rytířská 12, Praha 1.

In the case of courier delivery the tickets may be purchased:

  • Courier delivery is provided only in Praha.
  • The delivery fee is CZK 220.
  • When the bank account of Ticketpro is credited with payment for the order, the client will be contacted by e-mail.

E-TICKET

  • Tickets bought in this way can be printed by the user at home or wherever he/she has access to a printer (On "Confirmation of your payment" the user will receive instructions on how to print out his/her E-TICKET). The user needs to login to the E-shop and click on "Download E-TICKET".
  • E-TICKET is a ticket with a unique bar code which will be checked by a bar code reader before the client is allowed to enter the venue.
  • After the barcode has been read the ticket cannot be used again. Admission shall only be allowed to the first holder of the ticket that is presented for scanning by the bar code reader. Any attempt to present the ticket or a copy of it again , regardless of who presents the ticket, will be disregarded, and entry shall be refused.

Note:

  • In order to be able to print the E-TICKET, the user needs to enter the system using the same user name and password as used when ordering the ticket.
  • In order to be able to print the E-TICKET, the user needs a program for printing documents in PDF format (for ex. Adobe Acrobat Reader).
  • The E-TICKET service is offered only for selected Events. If the service is offered, the user will be automatica lly informed during his/her purchase.
  • Ticketpro shall not be held liable for any difficulties caused by unauthorised copying of the E-TICKET.
  • Please keep the ticket in a safe place.

M-TICKET

  • Tickets must be purchased at least two workdays before the event takes place.
  • M-TICKET is a 2D code in the mobile phone that will be checked by a data reader after it is shown upon entering the venue, and based on this the ticket holder will be admitted to the event.
  • After the ticket is read, the 2D code can no longer be used. Entrance will be admitted only on the basis of the 2D code that is shown and checked by the data reader first. In case the 2D code will be shown again, entrance to the event will not be admitted, regardless of who showed the ticket.

Attention:

  • Only for the Czech cellular networks.
  • To order an M-TICKET it is necessary to provide a mobile telephone number with the country code for the Czech Republic (+420)
  • It is also necessary to know the type of mobile phone when ordering.
  • The M-TICKET service is available only for selected events. If this option is allowed, it will be automatically offered to the user in the course of the purchase.
  • TICKETPRO is not responsible for any difficulties caused by unauthorised copying of this ticket. The ticket must be kept in a safe place
  • For the entire transaction, the amount of CZK 20 is charged for delivery via M-TICKET.

In the case of payment via the Internet using a bank transfer the purchaser will receive the following confirmation e-mails:

  1. An “Acknowledgement of the receipt of the order” will be sent after successful completion of the order.
  2. An “Order confirmation” will be sent following the payment.

Note:

The confirmation e-mails are sent to the e-mail address given in the contact address (address for delivery). If the address is given incorectly or technical problems occur on the side of the user, TICKETPRO shall not be held liable for the non-delivery of these e-mails.
