Before you start buying...
Before purchase of tickets, we recommend reading Purchase on-line via internet - they are binding for all orders made on the Internet.
Before the purchase, prepare the payment card or be prepared for logging in through adequate authorization tools if you use eKonto.
You can also pay via bank transfer, only within the banks in the Czech Republic. During purchase, you will receive all necessary data for making the payment - number of account and variable symbol. You can also book tickets at the Ticketpro website - after the reservation, the tickets must be collected on the following day at the latest in some of our Points of Sale that we have in the whole Czech Republic.

1. Selection of event
How to purchase? At the Ticketpro website, choose the event you want the tickets for and click on Tickets and log in after you have been redirected to the Shop.

2. Logging in
You must register for the Shop before the first purchase.
Warning: Registration data from the Ticketpro club are not enough - if you have never made any purchase, you must register in the Shop.

Note: In the login and password, lower and upper case matters as well as the diacritics! If you choose "LittleJohn" as your login, it will not be possible to log in as "littlejohn", "Littlejohn" or "LITTLEJOHN". The same rule also applies to the password. The password must contain at least 6 characters.
It is in your interest to choose a safe password - never use your login as the password, sequence of the same letter, sequence of numbers, etc. We recommend combination of letters and numbers and special symbols like $, +, /, @ etc.
For logging in the system, you have to tick the box to agree with the General Sales Conditions and then the list of your contact data will be shown to you for control.

3. Add to Shopping Cart

In the event you have selected, choose the number of tickets in the respective categories. Add the number of tickets to the shopping cart and click on the Add to Shopping Cart button.
If the button Show Venue Map appears, a graphic map of the venue is available where you can choose individual seats.
Selection of a seat is completed by clicking with a mouse. You can cancel the selection by repeated click. Selected seats are shown in the window in the right part of the screen.
Key to the venue map

Places marked mostly with grey colour cannot be selected - they are already sold or they are not available for sale.
The colour of the seat represents the price category.

You can add the selected seats to the shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Shopping Cart button.
Other buttons:
Show Shopping Cart - list of tickets already added to the shopping cart (e.g. in selection of more events)
New search - for selection of a new event/concert
Warning: standing places are not shown in the map, they can only be chosen on the first screen. Not more than 10 tickets can be put in the shopping cart.
4. Contents of the shopping cart
All selected tickets are shown in the shopping cart.

The contents of the shopping cart can be modified in the following way:
- for selection of tickets for other events/concerts, click on the Other Events button
- for removing individual tickets from the shopping cart, click on the Delete link
- for complete emptying of the shopping cart, click on the for complete emptying of the shopping cart, click on the Empty button button
For immediate purchase of tickets, click on the Pay button
If you want to book tickets only (and pay and collect them in some of the selling points), click on the Reservation button.

5. Selecting the way of delivery
Before payment, it is necessary to select the way of delivery.
Only the available ways of delivery are shown (according to time limits), including prices for the service.

After selecting the way of delivery, click on the Continue button.

In the next step you have to enter the delivery address. If you do not change the address, the address entered at the registration will be used. In personal takeover it is important that the name and surname correspond with the data on the identity card that you will show at the cash desk.
Remember to tick the respective box to express your consent with the delivery conditions.
6. Selecting the payment method
In the next step, choose the payment method - pay card or bank transfer.

Pay card
If you pay by MasterCard, Visa or Visa Electron card, tick the type of the pay card and click on the Pay button. Then you will be redirected to the payment gate https://pay.muzo.com. There you will see identification of the seller you are just buying from (i.e. Ticketpro a.s.), then the amount and the order number. There you will enter the number of your pay card, the date of expiration of the card and the CVC2 or the CVV2 number. Do not enter any pauses into the card number.

Information about the pay card will not be provided to Ticketpro, the bank will only confirm to us in a few seconds whether the payment was successful. All communication between the bank and you is protected with high degree of encryption, it will not be disclosed to anybody.
eKonto
If you are a client of eKonto, you can pay for the tickets directly from your account.

In this selection you will be redirected to its payment gate. After login and approval of the transfer, the purchase is completed.
Bank transfer
IMPORTANT: We accept payments ONLY from banks on the territory of the Czech Republic.
If you pay via bank transfer, you need to select the bank, to which you will be transferring the money. You can choose from Ceská sporitelna, Komercní banka and CSOB.

After selecting the bank, a window with information for the bank transfer will be displayed; for selecting a different bank, click on the Back button, for confirmation of the bank selection click on the Confirm button.
Try to carry out the bank transfer in such a way that it is made preferably within one bank because the account of Ticketpro must be credited with the payment within three days from making the order. If the payment is not delivered within this term, the order will be cancelled. Make sure that you transfer the whole amount to the bank account of TICKETPRO; if smaller amount is paid than the required one, the order will be cancelled and the money will be sent back. Remember to fill in the correct variable symbol of the order in making the payment order. In case the variable symbol is not correct or it is missing, your order cannot be processed.
7. Completion of order
After successful completion of the order, its detailed description has to be displayed.

We recommend printing the description as the proof of purchase. The following confirmations will be sent to your e-mail address that you stated in the contact address:
- "Confirmation of Order Receipt" - after successful receipt of the order.
- "Order Confirmation" - after successful payment.
The confirmation e-mail messages are sent to the e-mail address entered at your registration in the Shop. If there was a mistake in entering the address or there are some technical problems on the User's side, Ticketpro does not guarantee delivery of these e-mail messages.
Collecting E-Ticket
Log in the Shop. Your contact data will be displayed. On this site there is also the Download E-TICKET button.

When you click on it, the list of your E-Tickets will be displayed. Select the one you wish to download and clicking on the Download E-TICKET button will make it possible for you to download the E-Ticket to your PC.

Notice: One file contains all tickets from your order, i.e. up to 10 tickets. Its download may take some time.
E-TICKET is a ticket with a bar code that will be checked by a scanner upon presentation at the entrance to the venue, and the user will be let in.
After its reading, the ticket cannot be used again. The person will be let in only with the ticket that will be shown and checked by the scanner as the first one. In any other presentation of the ticket or its copy, the ticket or copy will not be accepted and entrance to the event will be denied, regardless of the person presenting it.
For printing E-TICKET, the program enabling print of a PDF document will be necessary (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader).
E-TICKET is available only for selected events. If this option is allowed, it will be offered automatically to the user during the purchase.
TICKETPRO is not responsible for any troubles caused by unauthorized copying of the ticket. The ticket has to be kept at a safe place.
9. Reservation of tickets
For reservation of tickets, the procedure is the same as in purchase - first you have to log in, then you have to select the event and place. Tickets can be booked by clicking on the Reservation button.
Rules for ticket reservations
Reservation is valid until following day.
You can collect the booked tickets in all selling points of Ticketpro a.s. upon presentation of the reservation number that you will receive after confirmation of the reservation.
Reservation cannot be extended.
You can have only one active reservation - if you need more tickets or if you wish to attend another performance/concert, you can do so now (using the buttons "Back", "Search" and "Add to Shopping Cart").
The reservation fee will be added to the price of the ticket.
If you do not collect the tickets, the reservation is cancelled automatically and the tickets are released for new sale.
An e-mail message will be sent to you about successful reservation.
For collecting the tickets you have to know the reservation number - remember to note it down.
