M-TICKET - information

Ticket sent straight to your mobile phone!

M-TICKET - Show it!

 

When you buy tickets online through the Ticketpro website, select M-TICKET delivery. As soon as payment is confirmed, the ticket will be delivered straight to your mobile phone.

Additional information about M-TICKET

  • Tickets must be bought at least two working days before the event is to be held.
  • The user receives tickets ordered this way on the mobile phone number which they enter while making the purchase
  • M-TICKET is a picture or code on your mobile phone screen that will be checked by a data reader after it is shown upon entering the venue, and based on this the ticket holder will be admitted to the event.
    After the ticket is read, it can no longer be used. Entrance will be admitted only to those tickets that are shown and checked by the data reader first. In case a ticket or a copy of the ticket is shown again, this ticket or its copy will not be recognized and entrance to the event will not be admitted, regardless of who showed the ticket.

Attention:

While purchasing the ticket in the Ticketpro webshop you have to add the correct mobile phone number of the Czech Republic operator (02, T-Mobile, Vodafone) and chose the delivery method of the M-TICKET. The following methods are supported:

  • EMS – If your mobile phone supports receipt of EMS, select this option.
  • Nokia Picture Message - This format is supported on most Nokia mobile phones.
  • WAP Push - For this form of delivery you have to have a mobile phone that supports WAP, you have to have this service activated with your cellular service provider and you have to have this option set in your mobile phone.
  • SMS - If none of the previous options are suitable for you, use SMS.

Please check the user manual to see if your mobile phone supports this option.

  • If more than one ticket is purchased as an M-TICKET for a single event, you will receive one message – this will contain the code and the total number of seats bought.
  • The M-TICKET service is available only for select events. If this option is available for such events, it will automatically be offered to the user in the course of the purchase.
  • TICKETPRO is not liable for any difficulties caused due to unauthorized copying of this ticket. The ticket must be kept in a safe place.
  • Customer will be charged 20 CZK for the M-TICKET delivery.
