The band Deep Purple will be the star of the opening ceremony.
“I hope that Deep Purple which already once sold out the Tipsport Arena will be a great success during the opening ceremony,” said Katerina Neumannova, President of the Organizing Committee last week when presenting the programme of the official opening ceremony. It should be mentioned here that Deep Purple still holds the record in spectator numbers for the Tipsport Arena in Liberec.
The opening ceremony will be titled “The White Night” and it will consist of a great laser show during which various artists will be performing. The Championship will open in the Tipsport Arena at 8 pm, the concert of Deep Purple will start immediately afterwards.

Der größte Star dieser Eröffnungsfeier wird die Musikband Deep Purple sein.
„Ich glaube, dass Deep Purple, wegen denen schon einmal die Tipsportarena ausverkauft war, auch während der Eröffnungsfeier sehr erfolgreich sein werden.“ sagte die Präsidentin des Organisationskomitees Kateřina Neumannová letzte Woche, als sie das Programm der offiziellen Eröffnung vorgestellt hat. Es ist wichtig zu erwähnen, dass Deep Purple immer noch den Besucherzahlenrekord in der Tipsportarena in Liberec hält.
